Brian A. Ostrow was an Executive Director at MASI, Ltd.in the Barrington office. Founded in 1984, and then as a founding member of M&A International Inc., MASI, Ltd. is a private investment banking firm serving middle-market companies. M&A International is the oldest and the world's leading M&A alliance of over 600 professional advisers with 46 member firms in 39 countries that closed over 1,400 transactions in the last 5 years totaling in excess of $85 billion.

Mr. Ostrow's operating responsibilities included generating high-quality M&A and corporate finance transactions, executing M&A and corporate finance engagements, leading the business valuation and economic damages services for the firm, and providing liaison on mandates to global alliance member firms.

Prior to MASI, Ltd., Brian founded CBV Advisors which executed business valuation, economic damages, and related economic valuation engagements. Mr. Ostrow is a certified business valuation and litigation support professional who also has deep and valuable skills from working as a top-producing wealth management advisor with firms such as JPMorganChase and MorganStanley.
